Privacy Policy

The Public Offer Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is a public accession agreement. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the buyer agrees to the terms of placing an order, delivery of the order, payment and return of the Goods.

The addressee of this Agreement is any legal entity, individual or individual entrepreneur who visits the website of the online store at https://www.savaknife.com/ and wishes to purchase the product(s) offered by the online store.

This Agreement is an agreement between the Individual Entrepreneur Savenko M.V. (online store at https://www.savaknifecom/ ), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and any legal entity, individual or individual entrepreneur, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and each individually – a “Party”.

This Agreement is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated May 12, 1991, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” dated September 30, 2015, the Rules for Retail Trade in Non-Food Goods, approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007, the Rules for the Sale of Goods to Order and Outside Commercial or Office Premises dated April 19, 2007.


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement contains all essential terms of the Agreement. concluded at a distance, and establishes the procedure for organizing the purchase and sale of goods at a distance, namely through the online store "SavaKnife Knives" at https://www.savaknife.com/ .

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is the fact of clicking on the links "Add to cart" on the Seller's website, "Go to checkout" and "Place order" when placing an order.

1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement is also considered the registration of the Buyer on the Seller's website using the link "Log in".

1.4. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the contents of this Agreement and agrees with its terms in full. If the Buyer is an individual, by accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Buyer also gives permission to the Seller to process his personal data to the extent necessary for the execution of this Agreement and the settlement of payments between the Parties. The Seller's permission to process personal data is valid for the duration of this Agreement. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the rights of the personal data subject provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the purpose of processing personal data.


2. TERMS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT


2.1. "Online Store" - the Seller's website at the address: https://www.savaknife.com/, created for the purpose of retail sale of Goods via the Internet, i.e. conclusion of distance purchase and sale agreements, based on the Buyer's familiarization with the description and/or image of the Goods provided by the Seller on the relevant web page.


2.2. “Goods” is a list of product names, with a description, price, and image, posted by the Seller on the Online Store website for the purpose of offering it for sale.

2.3. “Seller” is an individual entrepreneur Savenko M.V., registered at: Odessa, 10 Komarova Mykhayla St., office 4, taxpayer registration card number 3496402631.

2.4. “Buyer” is a person who accepts the terms of this Agreement and takes actions aimed at purchasing the Goods posted on the Online Store website.

2.5. “Order” is the Buyer’s decision to purchase the Goods selected on the website by completing the appropriate request using the “Add to Cart”, “Go to checkout” and “Place an order” links

2.6. "Personal data" is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.


3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods on the terms stipulated in this Agreement.

3.2. The color and weight of the Goods may differ from those stated on the website, taking into account the specifics of the Goods, as well as the fact that it is the result of manual work.

3.3. This Agreement regulates the procedure for organizing the purchase and sale of Goods, namely:

3.3.1. the Buyer's choice of the Goods in the Online Store at his own discretion;

3.3.2. independent registration of the Order by the Buyer on the website of the Online Store;

3.3.3. execution of the Order by the Seller and transfer of the Order to the Buyer;

3.3.4. the procedure for payment of the Order placed by the Buyer.

3.4. This Agreement applies to the entire range of Goods presented on the website of the Online Store, for the entire time while such offers with a description and/or image of the Goods are posted on the website of the Online Store.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. The Buyer independently places an Order on the website of the Online Store by clicking on the links "Add to cart", "Go to checkout" and "Place order".

4.2. The minimum amount of Goods required to place an Order in the Online Store is 300 (three hundred) games
